A Note from Brittany

I'm so happy to be opening All is Well Acupuncture in Effingham. I grew up in this community, and while I have lived away for the last 15 years, this has always been the place I called home.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, I spent ten years in Nashville, Tennessee, managing large-scale outdoor festivals. It was a fast-paced, high-energy career that I truly loved. It also gave me a front-row seat to what chronic stress and burnout can do to the human body. I saw it in the people around me, and I experienced it myself.

While I loved the creativity, connection, and excitement of producing live events, the constant pace eventually led me to rethink what I wanted my career and life to look like. I realized I wanted a profession where I could work with my hands, connect with people one-on-one, and help others feel better in a meaningful and lasting way.

That journey led me to acupuncture.

I moved to Chicago to pursue my Master of Science in Acupuncture at Pacific College of Health and Science, completing a three-and-a-half-year graduate program that combined extensive classroom education with hands-on clinical training.

Brittany Carlberg, MS, L.Ac., Dipl. Ac. (NCBAHM)™

During my training, I completed an internship in the Supportive Oncology Department at Rush University Medical Center, where I worked alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team supporting patients throughout their cancer journey. I also gained additional clinical experience as an acupuncture assistant in a private practice specializing in fertility and women's health.

Through my clinical experiences, I found a passion for helping patients experiencing insomnia, migraines and headaches, hormonal concerns, fatigue, stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. These experiences reinforced my belief that the body works as an interconnected system, and that meaningful healing often begins by understanding the underlying patterns contributing to symptoms.

When the body's systems communicate and function well together, symptoms often improve naturally. Acupuncture helps restore that communication so the body can heal more effectively.

At All is Well Acupuncture, my goal is to provide a professional, welcoming, and relaxing space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Bringing acupuncture care to the Effingham community is incredibly meaningful to me. Whether you are seeking relief from a specific concern, looking to improve your overall health, or simply need a place to slow down and reset, I would be honored to be part of your journey.

It's good to be home.

Let’s work together.
